Introduction:
The Fail Transaction Details Popup enables users to manage and update the status of failed transactions. Access to this feature is determined by user roles and system settings. It helps in fetching transaction details, updating status, and saving transaction records via the Stax Gateway API.

Enter Payment Gateway Id: Enter the Gateway reference ID and click the "Fetch Details" link to retrieve transaction information from the Stax Gateway API. The system sends a request to the Stax Gateway API, returning transaction details in JSON format. Status: You can select the transaction status from the dropdown menu, defaulting to "Fail". Changing the selection updates relevant fields. Notes: Enter comments that must be sent with the Transaction Status. ![]() ![]() |
