Field Description:
Template: Select the Text Reminder Template to be configured from drop-down menu.
Available Text Reminder templates are:
- TXTMSG4DOC: Text Message for Appointments from Patient Portal, PrognoPass, Book Appointment Page, Patient Portal App and Book Appointment Page on Patient Portal App to Assigned Users
- TXTPATSTMT: Statement generated Text Reminder to Patient
- TXTPPSTMT: Statement generated Text Reminder to Patient with Portal
- MEDZOOMSMS: Text Message to Appointment Provider on Appointment status change for Video Consult Appointments
- TXTMISSAPT: Text Reminder For Missed Appointment to Patient
- TXTAPPTRES: Text Reminder For Rescheduled Appointment to Patient
- TELEAPTRES: Text Reminder For Rescheduled Telemedicine Appointment to Patient
- TXTSCHRMD: Text Reminder For Scheduled Appointment to Patient
- PMTEL2PT1D: Text Reminder For Scheduled Telemedicine Visit via ProMeet to Patient
- TELTOPT1D: Text Message to Patient about Scheduled or Tentative Video Consult Appointments one day prior
- TELTOPT15: Text Message to Patient for Upcoming Video Consult Appointment 15 minutes prior
- TELTOPTCON: Text Message to Patient to join an ongoing Video Consult

Note:
This functionality works as per the values selected in the property text.reminder.applicable.type.
Subject: On selecting required template, corresponding subject line gets auto-populated in the Subject textbox field. User also can configure this field and modify the subject as per requirement.
Text Reminder: This field displays the the contents of the template i.e. message to be sent to the Patient or PrognoCIS users, gets displayed in this field in form of a sentence containing pre-defined tags. User also can configure this field by adding required tag(s). The number getting displayed in front of this field gets incremented/ decremented if the content is modified by User.
Note:
- Maximum number of characters allowed in this field is 405.
- User can send a maximum of three text reminders for Sheduled Appointment Template (TXTSCHRMD).
- After composing first message segment, User is required to insert a line break using keyword ˆbrkˆ and then compose second message segment. Once second segment is completed then again line break keyword and then third message segment. However, the total character count of all the three messages should be ≤ 405.
Add Tags button: Click this button to add the
tags for composing the text reminder contents. On clicking this buttton, a popup gets invoked displaying list of tags to the User.Active: Select the checkbox to make the Text Reminder template ‘Active’. On unchecking, respective template gets marked as ‘Inactive’.
Last Modified by label: This label displays the details of the template which was configured by whom along with the date and time as per PST standards.
Action Buttons:
save button: Click on this button to save the entered details.
reset button: Click on this button to reset the record to its last saved details.
history button: Click on this button to invoke 'Text Reminder Template History' popup and see the modifications made to the Text Reminder Template.
