Field Description:
Template: Select the Text Reminder Template to be configured from the drop-down menu.
Available Text Reminder templates are:
- TXTMSG4DOC: Text Message for Appointments from the Patient Portal, PrognoPass, Book Appointment Page, Patient Portal App, and Book Appointment Page on the Patient Portal App to Assigned Users
- TXTPATSTMT: Statement-generated Text Reminder to the Patient
- TXTPPSTMT: Statement-generated Text Reminder to the Patient with a Portal
- MEDZOOMSMS: Text Message to the Appointment Provider on an appointment status change for Video Consult Appointments
- TXTMISSAPT: Text Reminder for a Missed Appointment to the Patient
- TXTAPPTRES: Text Reminder for a Rescheduled Appointment to the Patient
- TELEAPTRES: Text Reminder for a Rescheduled Telemedicine Appointment to the Patient
- TXTSCHRMD: Text Reminder for a Scheduled Appointment to the Patient
- PMTEL2PT1D: Text Reminder for a Scheduled Telemedicine Visit via ProMeet to the Patient
- TELTOPT1D: Text Message to the Patient about scheduled or tentative Video Consult appointments one day prior
- TELTOPT15: Text Message to the Patient for an upcoming Video Consult appointment 15 minutes prior
- TELTOPTCON: Text Message to the Patient to join an ongoing Video Consult
- TELTODOC15: Text Message to the Provider for an upcoming Video Consult appointment 15 minutes prior
Note:
This functionality works as per the values selected in the property text.reminder.applicable.type.
Subject: On selecting the required template, the corresponding subject line gets auto-populated in the Subject textbox field. The user can also configure this field and modify the subject as per requirements.
Text Reminder: This field displays the contents of the template, i.e., the message to be sent to the patient or PrognoCIS users, in the form of a sentence containing pre-defined tags. The user can also configure this field by adding the required tag(s). The number displayed in front of this field is incremented or decremented if the content is modified by the user.
Note:
- The maximum number of characters allowed in this field is 405.
- The user can send a maximum of three text reminders for the Scheduled Appointment Template (TXTSCHRMD).
- After composing the first message segment, the user is required to insert a line break using the keyword ˆbrkˆ and then compose the second message segment. Once the second segment is completed, insert the line break keyword again, followed by the third message segment. However, the total character count of all three messages must be ≤ 405.
Add Tags Button: Click this button to add the
tags for composing the text reminder contents. On clicking this button, a popup is invoked displaying a list of tags to the user.Active: Select the checkbox to make the Text Reminder template 'Active'. On unchecking, the respective template gets marked as 'Inactive'.
Last Modified by Label: This label displays the details of who configured the template, along with the date and time as per PST standards.
Action Buttons:
Save Button: Click this button to save the entered details.
Reset Button: Click this button to reset the record to its last saved details.
History Button: Click this button to invoke the 'Text Reminder Template History' popup and see the modifications made to the Text Reminder Template.
