History button has been introduced on the Text Reminder Templates Master screen in PrognoCIS. The purpose of the popup invoked through this button is to track the modifications to the respective
Text Reminder Template. The History button is placed beside the Reset button on the selected existing
Text Reminder Template. Click on the History button of the selected
Text Reminder Template to invoke the Text Reminder History popup. If no modifications have been made to the selected Template, then No records to display. is shown on the popup. This is applicable to historical records already present in the system. Details are captured on the Text
Reminder History popup in the Modified By, Date, and Modified Notes columns.
Field Description:
Modified By: This column shows the name of the logged-in user who modified the Template. The History button is only visible to the logged-in Admin user; hence, the Modified By column shows 'Admin, Admin'.
Date: This column displays the date and timestamp when the Template was modified.
Modified Notes: This column shows the full name of the admin in brackets with the type of changes made to the Template.
Note:
- Any changes made to the entry in the Template or Subject fields are captured on the Text Reminder History popup.
- Unchecking or checking the Active checkbox is captured on the Text Reminder History popup.
Close button: Click on the Close button to close the
Text Reminder History popup after viewing the modifications.
