| There are elements that are applicable to the specialty
of the doctor (e.g., an OB/GYN would need details on Gravida, Para, and LMP).
The doctor can create a template with elements applicable to their specialty
and accept the patient details during the encounter. The specialty of the attending doctor is shown on the Face Sheet and the Encounter TOC options. Select Template: Select the required templates from the list of doctor-specific and clinic-specific templates. FAQ:
This button is specifically designed for FMCSA templates and is displayed on this screen only when the clinic is set up for the FMCSA interface and the FMCSA template selected on this screen aligns with the template selected in the admin-level property prognocis.fmcsa.templatenames.
Clicking this button invokes the FAQ FMCSA popup, which displays information about various errors related to the FMCSA template that can be encountered on this screen.
Medical Necessity: This button is displayed only when the admin-level property procedure.show.medical.necessity is turned On. It displays a list of encounters for the patient with procedure names. The procedure template and its associated tests will be copied only if the selected procedure template was not present in the current encounter. Template List: Template Names: The list of all selected templates is shown here. Click any row to make a template current. Del: Select the checkbox to delete the procedure template. Done: Select the checkbox to mark the procedure template as done. If the procedure is marked as Done, then the procedure details are added to the Health Maintenance screen (depending on the property, phh.add2hm.on.procedure.done). If the procedure is saved without marking it as Done, then the respective procedure template name is displayed in red. Check Mark: A check mark appears before the template name if one or more tests are selected (all are selected by default). Tests: Click any template in the table to make it current. The background changes to a different color. To the right, a list of elements appears corresponding to the selected template and the tests applicable to the sex of the patient. The user can enter all details for the elements listed. When the result type is 'master search' and its value is 'ICD', the ICD-10 information is displayed in the tooltip. Check Mark: A check mark appears before the test name if any test is answered. Elements: Displays all test names. Result: Select or enter the required result for the respective test. Abn: The checkbox is selected automatically if the test's result is abnormal. A user can also select the checkbox explicitly, if required. Remarks: Enter the remarks for the respective test. Notes: Notes can also be entered to provide more details about the system. Click the Phrases icon to select from the list of predefined phrases and add them to the notes. The different types of phrases used in PrognoCIS are displayed by category. The user can perform a search based on category, phrase title, textual search, or keywords. The user can insert single or multiple phrases by selecting one or more checkboxes. Save: Click to save the details. Reset: Click to reset the values to the previously saved values. Print: Click to print the respective procedure template. Preview: Click to preview the respective procedure template.
