Some clinics require the ability to enter multiple results for the same test in the same encounter. This can be done in the test executions for Vitals, Social History, HPI, Review of Systems, Physical and Specialty.

To facilitate this, user can define a Grid in the Templates definition, by selecting a system and specify the number of occurrences and the manner of presentation as in rows or columns, by selecting the appropriate radio button. If the number of occurrence is set to zero, then the Grid is not applicable.

When the template is selected during the encounter, it enables a "Grid Tests.." button shown next to the template selection. Clicking on the button, opens up a popup with matrix of selected tests and occurrences.

The following properties control whether grid tests are applicable to Vitals, Social History, HPI, Review of Systems, Physical and Specialty by stating their statuses as Yes=Y or No=N, in the Settings > Configuration > Properties > Grid Tests

gridtests.applicable.VT
gridtests.applicable.SH
gridtests.applicable.HPI
gridtests.applicable.ROS
gridtests.applicable.PHY
gridtests.applicable.SPL
