button of the selected Tabular Report Design record to invoke Tabular Report History popup. The purpose of this popup is to track modifications done to a Tabular Report Design record. If no modifications are done to the selected record, then No records to display. is shown on the popup. Modifications to the Tabular Report Design record are captured on the Tabular Report History popup in the Modified By, Date, Modified Notes and User columns.
Modified By: This column shows the Name of the logged in User who modified the Tabular Report Design record.
Date: This column displays the date and timestamp when the Tabular Report Design record was modified.
Modified Notes: This column shows the type of changes made to the Tabular Report Design record.
Note: The Tabular Report History popup also captures the history of imported Tabular Reports.
User: This column is available only for a logged in Admin user. Name of the Admin who modified the record is tracked in this column.

CLOSE button: Click on the CLOSE button to close the Tabular Report History popup after viewing the modifications.
