An encounter is the focal point of this application. Note that there can be many encounters per patient. While entering details about the current encounter, the doctor may need to review the details of Past Problems, Assessment, Transcriptions, and Lab Results. The option provides a number of options in the Table of Contents for the review of all past encounters.
