Patient: Displays the selected patient's name.
DOB: Displays the date of birth of the selected patient.
Gender: Displays the gender of the patient.
Provider: Displays the name of the Ordering Provider.
Patient Info icon:
Clicking this icon invokes the Patient Contact popup, which displays the selected patient's information such as Name, Age, DOB, Address, Email, etc.
The details displayed depend on the Form Template defined in the property patient.contactinfo.template.
Properties
icon: Clicking this icon opens the Properties master in a popup. The system displays a list of all properties relevant to this screen, allowing users to view and edit the associated properties.
Group By: Displays the results based on the grouping of Tests, Categories, Panels, or LOINC codes.
Days: Displays the matrix based on the number of days selected. Available values are 30, 60, 90, 180, 365, and All. By default, the value 180 is selected.
Filter By: Enter the Test name, Category name, Panel name, or LOINC code (according to the value selected in the Group By dropdown) to display filtered details of the results encounter-wise.
Legend: The following legend is used to interpret the results:
Higher Than Max icon:
Indicates that the result value is higher than normal.
Lower Than Min icon:
Indicates that the result value is lower than normal.
Review Pending icon:
Indicates that the results are yet to be reviewed.
Notes:
Abnormal markers are displayed for Numeric, Fraction, and Quantity Result Types.
Result Pane:
- It displays results based on the filter applied. The Individual Test, Category, Panel, or LOINC code section row(s) displayed are collapsible as well as expandable.
- Every row displays a date-wise results matrix for tests in descending order.
- There is a hyperlink for every date on the matrix screen. Clicking it displays the Progress Notes for that date.
- The left-side cell below the collapsible test and date row displays the test name, range, and conventions set for the respective tests, and the right-side cell displays the test result, test notes, review comments, and lower or higher than normal information.
- Clicking the result graph icon displays the result details in the form of a graph for the selected test (if applicable).
The graph drawn is either a bar chart or a point chart for the selected date range.
Note: If no comments are available, the icon will not be displayed. - For results in text formats, only partial information is displayed. The complete text is displayed in the tooltip.
- Observe that the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the right frame scrolls the Result Pane only, and the vertical scroll bar moves the Result Pane in sync with the Matrix headers.
- If review is pending for any of the test results, the cell is highlighted with a pale yellow background.
- Abnormal result values are displayed in red for the Result Types Text, Numeric, Fraction, Quantity, and Set of Values.
- Clicking the Print button prints the Matrix.
