Vitals Matrix

This draws a Matrix of Vital Tests along the rows and Encounter dates as columns. Each cell of the matrix will have the Vital reading for the test on that particular day. The date columns are drawn with a latest encounter date as the left most column and decreasing dates to the right. Thus reading all values along a row gives a good idea of the trend of values over time for a specific Vital test. Click on the name link of any test to see the same trend information as a graph.
