Vitals Matrix

This draws a matrix of vital tests along the rows and encounter dates as columns. Each cell of the matrix will have the vital reading for the test on that particular day. The date columns are drawn with the latest encounter date as the leftmost column and decreasing dates to the right. Thus, reading all values along a row gives a good idea of the trend of values over time for a specific vital test. Click on the name link of any test to see the same trend information as a graph.
