Shift Appt... button is present on the Providers Master and Resource Master screens in PrognoCIS. Clicking this button invokes the Shift Appointment For - popup.
Field Description:
Location: This field autopopulates the Location Name of the multi-location clinic. For clinics with Single or Hybrid Location access, this field is not visible.
*From Date: This is a mandatory field. Click the Calendar icon
and select
the date or manually enter the date from which appointments for the respective provider/resource need to be shifted.
The selected date should be greater than or equal to today's date.
*To Resource/Provider: This is a mandatory field. Click the
Search icon next to this field to invoke the Resources/Providers Search List and select the resource/provider to whom the appointment(s) need to be shifted. For Single and Hybrid Location clinics, the Search List shows all active resources/providers in PrognoCIS, whereas for multi-location clinics, only those resources/providers that have access to the selected resource/provider's location are seen in the list.
Action Buttons:
OK Button: Click the OK button to shift appointments. Different validations are displayed when the user tries to shift appointments.
Cancel Button: Click the Cancel button to close the Shift Appointment For - popup.
Note:
- The status of the appointments to be moved should be 'To be confirmed', 'Tentative', or 'Scheduled'.
- Appointments with the status 'No Show' are not considered for moving to another provider.
