Introduction The user can enter the details of the injury through this popup. This popup will enable the user to add the information. Pri Ins Attorney: Click the Search icon to select the name of an attorney associated with the selected Primary Insurance. To reset the data, click the 'Clear' link in the adjacent field. Sec Ins Attorney: Click the Search icon to select the name of an attorney associated with the selected Primary Insurance. To reset the data, click the 'Clear' link in the adjacent field. Pri Ins Adjuster: Click the Search icon to select the name of an adjuster associated with the selected Primary Insurance. To reset the data, click the 'Clear' link in the adjacent field. Sec Ins Adjuster: Click the Search icon to select the name of an adjuster associated with the selected Primary Insurance. To reset the data, click the 'Clear' link in the adjacent field. Date of Injury:
Enter the date of injury for the selected case or select it from the Calendar
by clicking the Calendar icon. The user may enter a date in the standard
mm-dd-yyyy format. The date, if present on the Patient Register > Case
Management screen, will be auto-populated in this field. State of Accident: Select the name of the state from the drop-down menu list where the accident occurred. The state, if present on the Patient Register > Case Management screen, will be auto-populated in this field. Unable to Work From: Enter the date from when the patient is unable to perform job duties at work for a period of time due to an injury, or select it from the Calendar by clicking the Calendar icon. The user may enter a date in the standard mm-dd-yyyy format. The Unable to Work From date, if present on the Patient Register > Case Management screen, will be auto-populated in this field. Unable to Work Up to:
Enter the date until which the patient is unable to
perform job duties at work for a period of time due to an injury, or select
it from the Calendar by clicking the Calendar icon. The user may enter a
date in the standard mm-dd-yyyy format. The Unable to Work Up to date, if present on
the Patient Register > Case Management screen, will be auto-populated in this
field.
