Introduction
Professional / Institutional paper claim insurances are printed on the CMS1500 and UB04 forms, respectively. The "Paper" checkbox on the Claims>>Edit screen indicates that the primary claim insurance is Paper Insurance (Professional/Institutional). As soon as paper claims with non-EDI enabled primary insurance are created, the "Paper" checkbox is automatically marked by the system. The "Paper" checkbox can also be explicitly used to print the CMS1500 form for EDI insurances.
