Topics Review Encounter Report Search:  
Introduction: The user can select the appropriate values for different fields such as Period, Attending Provider, Encounter Type, Appointment Location, and Status to generate a report of encounters to be reviewed.

Field Description:

Period: Select the appropriate period from the dropdown. According to the selected Period, the date gets auto-populated into the From Date and Up To Date fields. 

Note: If the value of the Period field is set to Custom Date, the user can set the From Date and Up To Date fields manually by either using the Calendar icon or entering them in the form of MM-DD-YYYY.

Encounter Type: Select the Encounter Type of the patient. The default value of this field is set to All.

Attending Provider: Select the provider from the dropdown whose encounter needs to be reviewed by the reviewing provider. The default value of this field is set to All. When a Reviewer Provider logs in, then the list displayed in this dropdown includes the providers assigned to the Reviewer Provider and the providers whose Review Encounter is marked as Mandatory, Optional, Not Required, or Reviewer, and the Reviewer Provider may or may not be selected.

Appointment Location: Select the required appointment location from the dropdown. Default value of this field is set to All.

Status: Select the encounters to be reviewed based on their status. The value of this field can be either All/ Ready for Review/ Custom Statuses/ Open and Reviewed and Closed. The default value of this field is set to All.

Note:  The following encounters are excluded from the Review Encounter Report:
  • Encounters with zero duration
  • Encounters for which the Attending Provider is a Resource

Action Buttons:

OK: Click the OK button to generate the report based on the selected criteria.

Cancel: Click the Cancel button to close the popup.
