Introduction: When a Child Fee Schedule has been copied from a Parent Fee Schedule record, a Child Info hyperlink is shown next to the Schedule Name field of the Parent Fee Schedule on the Fee Schedule screen in PrognoCIS. Similarly, a Parent Info hyperlink is shown next to the Schedule Name field of the Child Fee Schedule on the Fee Schedule screen in PrognoCIS.
Child Fee Schedules: Click the Child Info hyperlink on a Parent Fee Schedule record to invoke the Child Fee Schedules popup. This popup displays the Child Fee Schedule names associated with the Parent Fee Schedule. This information is displayed under the Sr No, Fee Schedule Name, and Status columns in ascending order. The Child Fee Schedule names shown in the Fee Schedule Name column are hyperlinked. Clicking each hyperlink takes the user to the individual Child Fee Schedule record. The Status column displays the status of each Child Fee Schedule record, which could be Active or Inactive based on whether the Active checkbox is selected or unselected for them. 'Active' status is displayed in black and bold font, whereas 'Inactive' status is shown in red and bold font in the Status column.
 Note:
- If a Parent Fee Schedule record is made Inactive, the Child record associated with it also changes its status to Inactive, which is reflected in the Status column.
- When a Child Fee Schedule is deleted from the system, the Child Fee Schedules popup does not show an entry for the deleted Fee Schedule.
Parent Fee Schedule: Click the Parent Info hyperlink on a Child Fee Schedule record to invoke the Parent Fee Schedule popup. This popup displays the Parent Fee Schedule name from which the Child Fee Schedule was copied. This information is shown under the Sr No, Fee Schedule Name, From Date, Upto Date, and Status columns in ascending order. The Parent Fee Schedule name shown in the Fee Schedule Name column is hyperlinked. Clicking the hyperlink takes the user to the Parent Fee Schedule record. Each fee entry includes the From Date and Upto Date columns to specify the applicable date range. The Status column displays the status of the Parent Fee Schedule record, which could be Active or Inactive based on whether the Active checkbox is selected or unselected for it. 'Active' status is displayed in black and bold font, whereas 'Inactive' status is shown in red and bold font in the Status column.
