It is always interesting to know certain statistics about the practice. This information can be depicted as graphs. They are based on Settings > Configuration > Graph Definition. For any modification of these queries, contact the PrognoCIS Support Team. Navigation Buttons: Click the First, Previous, Next, or Last buttons to navigate to the respective report. Option Name: Enter the Option Name that will be displayed in the Show Graph dropdown list on the Graphs screen. Report Header: Enter the name of the report that will be printed. This name can consist of the following predefined tags: <X>: The number of days parameter selected for the report. <P>: The selected period for which the report is to be generated. <D>: The specific Doctor selected. <A>: The applicable code selected. ID: Displays the ID of the defined report once saved. Code: Enter the code for the report. Sequence No: Enter the sequence number in which the graph should be displayed. SQL: Click the Zoom button to enter or edit the SQL query in the Edit SQL popup. The SQL query is required to generate the report. This query can consist of special tags that are appropriately substituted before executing the SQL. Click the Report Keywords button to select the required keyword from the list. The special tags are: [DATE_FROM] is the From date defined in the selected period. [DATE_UPTO] is the Up To date defined in the selected period. [TODAY] is the run date. [TODAY_MINUS_X] is the run date minus the 'X' days parameter. [YESTERDAY] is the run date minus one day. [THIS_WEEK_START] is the start date of the current week. The week is assumed to start on Monday. [THIS_WEEK_END] is the end date of the current week. The week is assumed to end on Sunday. [LAST_WEEK_START] is the start date of the previous week. The week is assumed to start on Monday. [LAST_WEEK_END] is the end date of the previous week. The week is assumed to end on Sunday. [THIS_MONTH_START] is the start date of the current month. [THIS_MONTH_END] is the end date of the current month. [THIS_DOC] is the ID of the logged-in Doctor. [SPL_CODE] is the entered applicable code. [THIS_PATIENT] is the Patient ID selected from the current encounter. [THIS_APPT_ID] is the ID of the current appointment. [EXTRA_PARAM] is the value to be passed in the case of a hyperlinked report. <This Person> generates the tabular report related to the logged-in user only. [THIS_QUARTER_START] is the start date of the current quarter. A year is divided into four quarters, i.e., January-March (I Quarter); April-June (II Quarter); July-September (III Quarter); October-December (IV Quarter). [THIS_QUARTER_END] is the end date of the current quarter. A year is divided into four quarters, i.e., January-March (I Quarter); April-June (II Quarter); July-September (III Quarter); October-December (IV Quarter). [LAST_QUARTER_START] is the start date of the previous quarter. A year is divided into four quarters, i.e., January-March (I Quarter); April-June (II Quarter); July-September (III Quarter); October-December (IV Quarter). [LAST_QUARTER_END] is the end date of the previous quarter. A year is divided into four quarters, i.e., January-March (I Quarter); April-June (II Quarter); July-September (III Quarter); October-December (IV Quarter). [LAST_YEAR_START] is the start date of the previous year. [LAST_YEAR_END] is the end date of the previous year. If the above SQL uses the [EXTRA_PARAM] tag, the report is considered a Zoom report; otherwise, it is considered a Basic report. Applicable: The options (Day, Period, Doctor, and Code) selected from this section are directly available on the Graphs screen for selection to execute the graph. Day: Select the checkbox to display the Days field on the Graphs screen. Period: Select the checkbox to display the Periods dropdown list on the Graphs screen. Upon selecting the checkbox, the Periods button is enabled, and clicking it displays the list of time durations. The values selected from that list are displayed in the Period dropdown list on the Graphs screen. Code: Select the checkbox to define a specific search on the Graphs screen. Upon selecting the checkbox, the Code Title and Search fields are enabled. In the Code Title field, enter the label for the search field, and in the Search field, enter the keyword depending on the respective search provided on the Graphs screen. If the fields are left blank, then a blank text field is displayed on the Graphs screen, providing the option to enter a relevant value for the Code Title to be displayed in the report. The entered value is incorporated when the graph is executed. Doctor: Select the checkbox to display the Doctor dropdown list on the Graphs screen. Graph Type: Select the default graph type for the respective report.Graph Setting: Allows you to configure the required graph. Amount 1 Label: Enter the value that defines the title for the first element in the graph. Click the Select Color color picker icon Amount 2 Label: Enter the value that defines the title for the second element in the graph. Click the Select Color color picker icon X-Axis Title: Enter the title for the X-axis of the graph. The maximum character limit is 50. Y-Axis Title: Enter the title for the Y-axis of the graph. The maximum character limit is 50. Classification: Enter the category of the report. The entered category is displayed in the Classification dropdown list on the Graphs screen.
