Topics Graphs Search:  

It would always be interesting to know certain statistics about the Practice. This information can be depicted as Graphs. They are based on Settings > Configuration > Graph Definition. For any modification of these queries, contact the Support Team of PrognoCIS.

: Click to add or define a new Report.

: Click to search the required Report from the search popup.

: Click the button and set the required sequence of the reports. The reports on the Graphs screen are displayed in the set sequence.

Navigation buttons: Click the First, Previous, Next, or Last buttons to navigate to the respective report.

Option Name: Enter the Option name that would be displayed in the Show Graph dropdown list on the Graphs screen.

Report Header: Enter the name of the report that will be printed. This name can consist of the following predefined tags:
   <X>: It is the number of days parameter selected for the report.
   <P>: The selected period for which report is to be generated.
   <D>: The specific Doctor selected.
   <A>: The applicable code selected.


Id: Displays the ID of the defined report on save.

Code: Enter the code for the report.

Sequence No: Enter the sequence number in which the Graph should be displayed.

SQL: Click the zoom button to enter or edit the SQL query in the Edit SQL popup. The SQL query is required to generate the report. This can consist of special tags which get appropriately substituted before executing the SQL. Click on the Report Keywords button to select the required keyword from the list.
The special tags are:
[DATE_FROM] is from date defined in selected period.
[DATE_UPTO] is up to date defined in selected period.
[TODAY] is run date.
[TODAY_MINUS_X] is run date minus the 'X' days parameter.
[YESTERDAY] is run date minus one.
[THIS_WEEK_START] is the start date of current week. Week is assumed to start on Monday.
[THIS_WEEK_END] is the last date of current week. Week is assumed to end on Sunday.
[LAST_WEEK_START] is the start date of last week. Week is assumed to start on Monday.
[LAST_WEEK_END] the last date of last week. Week is assumed to end on Sunday.
[THIS_MONTH_START] is the start date of current month.
[THIS_MONTH_END] is the last date of current month.
[THIS_DOC] is the Id of login Doctor.
[SPL_CODE] is the entered applicable code.
[THIS_PATIENT] is the Patient ID selected from the current encounter.
[THIS_APPT_ID] is the ID of the current appointment.
[EXTRA_PARAM] is the value to be passed in case of a hyperlinked report.
<This Person> generates the tabular report related to the logged in User only.
[THIS_QUARTER_START] is the start date of current quarter. A year is divided into four Quarters, i.e. January-March (I Quarter); April-June(II Quarter); July-September(III Quarter); October-December(IV Quarter).
[THIS_QUARTER_END] is the end date of current quarter. A year is divided into four Quarters, i.e. January-March (I Quarter); April-June(II Quarter); July-September(III Quarter); October-December(IV Quarter).
[LAST_QUARTER_START] is the start date of the previous quarter. A year is divided into four Quarters, i.e. January-March (I Quarter); April-June(II Quarter); July-September(III Quarter); October-December(IV Quarter).
[LAST_QUARTER_END] is the end date of the previous quarter. A year is divided into four Quarters, i.e. January-March (I Quarter); April-June(II Quarter); July-September(III Quarter); October-December(IV Quarter).
[LAST_YEAR_START] is the start date of the last year.
[LAST_YEAR_END] is the end date of the last year.
If the above SQL uses the [EXTRA_PARAM] tag, the report is considered as a Zoom report, otherwise as a Basic report


Applicable: The options (Day, Period, Doctor,and Code) selected from the this section are directly available on the Graph screen for selection to execute the graph.

Day: Select the checkbox to display the Days field on the Graphs screen.

Period: Select the checkbox to display the Periods dropdown list on the Graphs screen. On selection of checkbox, the Periods button displays enabled and on click the list of time duration is displayed. The values selected from that list are displayed under the Period dropdown list on the Graphs screen.

Code: Select the checkbox to define a specific search on the Graphs screen. On selection of checkbox, the Code Title and Search fields displays enabled. In Code Title field, enter the label for the search field and in Search field, enter the keyword depending on respective search is provided on the Graphs screen. If the fields is left as blank then a blank text field is displayed on the Graphs screen that gives a provision to enter relevant value against the Code title to be displayed in the report. The entered value is incorporated at the time the graph is executed.

Doctor: Select the checkbox to display the Doctor dropdown list on the Graphs screen.

Graph Type: Select the default type of graph for the respective report.

Graph Setting: Gives the provision to configure the required graph.

Amount 1 Label: Enter the value that defines the title for the first element in the graph. Click the color picker icon, Select Color: next to the field to define the color for the first element that would be displayed in the graph.

Amount 2 Label: Enter the value that defines the title for the second element in the graph. Click the color picker icon, Select Color: next to the field to define the color for the second element that would be displayed in the graph.

X Axis Title : Enter the titles for X Axis of the graph. The maximum character limit is 50.

Y Axis Title: Enter the titles for Y Axis of the graph. The maximum character limit is 50.

Classification: Enter the category of the report. The entered category is displayed in the Classification dropdown list on the Graphs screen.

Role Access: Click on the Roles button and select the required Roles who can have access to the defined report.

Comment button : Click on the button to enter the comments for the Graph.

Active checkbox : Select the checkbox to make the report as active.

save: Click to save the report.

delete: Click to delete the report.

reset: Click to reset the values in the report to the previously saved values.

save as: Click to save the report design by different Option Name and Classification.
