Copy button is displayed next to the Compare button on a Parent Fee Schedule record in PrognoCIS when the admin-level property, show.copy.option.on.fs is set to On. By default, this property is set to Off. Clicking the Copy button invokes the Copy Fee Schedule popup, which can be used to create a Child Fee Schedule record by copying the contents of the Parent Fee Schedule record.
Field Description:
From Parent Fee Schedule: This is a display-only field that shows the Schedule Name of the Parent for which the popup has been invoked.
*Name of Child Fee Schedule: This is a mandatory field. If this field is left blank and the user clicks the OK button, a validation message is displayed that reads: Name of Child Fee Schedule is mandatory. Enter the Schedule Name for the Child record that will be created from the Parent record.
Action Buttons:
OK Button: Click the OK button on the Copy Fee Schedule popup. A validation message is shown that reads: Do not close or refresh this window, there are records being copied which will take a couple of minutes. Click the OK button on the validation message popup and wait for a while. Another message is displayed that reads: Fee Schedule details copied successfully. Click the OK button on the popup for this message to close the message popup and the Copy Fee Schedule popup.
Cancel Button: Click the Cancel button to close the Copy Fee Schedule popup.
