Introduction: The Copay Receipt for Patient or Copay Receipt Preview popup displays the preview of the patient's copay receipt, which can be further printed or emailed to the respective patient. Action Buttons: Print Button: Click the Print button to invoke the Print popup to set the printing options and print the copay receipt. Email Button: If an email address is present for the patient, clicking the Email button closes the Copay Receipt Preview popup and displays the message, Copay receipt emailed successfully. on the Patient Payments popup in a green, bold font. If an email address is not present for the patient, clicking the Email button displays a confirmation message popup: Email ID is mandatory to send Copay receipt to patient, (Patient Name). Would you like to add now? Clicking the Yes button on this confirmation message invokes the Update Patient Details popup, where you can update the email address to which you want the copay receipt to be sent. Close Button: Click the Close button to close the Copay Receipt Preview popup. See Also: Co-Payment Amount
