PrognoCIS Help: Copay Receipt Preview

Introduction: Copay Receipt For Patient or Copay Receipt Preview popup displays the Preview of Patient's Copay Receipt which can be further printed or emailed to the respective Patient.

Action Buttons:

PRINT button: Click on the PRINT button to invoke Print popup to set the printing options and print Copay Receipt.

EMAIL button: If Email is present for the Patient, clicking on the EMAIL button closes the Copay Receipt Preview popup and shows the message, Copay receipt emailed successfully. on the Patient Payments popup in green bold font. If Email is not present for the Patient, clicking on the EMAIL button shows a confirmation message popup: Email ID is mandatory to send Copay receipt to patient, (Patient Name). Would you like to add now? Clicking on the Yes button on this confirmation message invokes Update Patient Details popup wherein you can update the Email to which you want the Copay Receipt to be sent.

CLOSE button: Click on the CLOSE button to close the Copay Receipt Preview popup.
