Introduction:
Prognocis systematically stores a comprehensive list of all patient appointments, including details such as the scheduled date, the provider responsible for scheduling, and the appointment time.
Every appointment made via the Appointment Schedule screen, whether new or pre-existing, is meticulously recorded to form the patient's Appointment History.
Appointments are visually organized with the aid of a red line on the screen. Appointments positioned above the red line denote current and upcoming appointments, while those below represent backdated appointments. When an appointment is rescheduled, icons + and - appear adjacent to the Date column. Clicking the + icon reveals the number of times the appointment has been rescheduled, while clicking the - icon collapses the expanded rescheduled appointments. Appointment History is also available via Encounter TOC. To enable the Appointment History option in Encounter TOC, the toc.menu.options property must be set to include AH. Additionally, within the Encounter Types Master screen, the TOC Encounter Options popup, accessed by clicking the Encounter button, must have the Appointment History option selected for the desired Encounter Type. Once the user is granted Read Access Right, they can access the Appointment History TOC menu option for Open, Closed, and FS (Finalized) Encounters. The Patient’s name is displayed in the gray band in the left corner of the popup, with the Manage Columns icon and Print icon shown in the right corner of the band. ![]() ![]() ![]() Case No.: Displays the case number that was associated with the patient for the appointment.
