When invoked from Appointments > Vacations (Mode B), it defines the holidays / vacations for the logged-in doctor or the doctor selected from the list box. The list box is displayed if the logged-in person is not a doctor.
Properties: This button is exclusively visible to users with Read Access to the Properties Master screen. Access to this button is strategically granted to enhance user functionality. Clicking the Properties button triggers a pop-up, presenting a list of properties from the
Properties
Master screen in PrognoCIS that cater to
vacations.
Calendar:
The Calendar shows in Mode A:

List of Holidays
The table on the left shows the list of marked holidays/vacations.
First, click the From Date button to select it. Now, click any calendar date. The selected calendar date is shown on the button. Enter the reason (mandatory) for the holiday. Since a holiday is only for 1 day, the Upto Date does not need to be selected.
The user can define a vacation of more than a day by selecting the From Date button first, then selecting a date. Now, click the Upto button to select it. Now, click any calendar date. The selected calendar date is shown on the Upto button.
Trash Button
Click the Trash button to clear the holiday/vacation in that row. The selected row becomes blank, thus clearing the selected vacation.
