Topics User Defined Fields Search:  
User can specify User Defined Fields(UDF) if he wishes to specify additional information associated with Medics, Patients, Vendors, etc. at the time of registration.

User can specify the Field Type, Field name, Type of field, sequence number and Result set or Group type depending on field type, if required.

For that, user can hold the definition of the required fields like,
  • Type of field - Text, Numeric, Fraction, Amount, Date, Boolean Check Box, Set of Values, Multiselect, Notes, Group, DateTime, etc.
  • Field Name - Extra field name to be displayed on transaction form for user.
  • Sequence Number - to specify the sequence of fields to be displayed on transaction form.
  • Category (Result set) - To specify values for fields if required, depending on type of field.
