Introduction: The Summary of Care facilitates exporting of a Patient's Encounter details to a referral Clinic Provider. The exported file is in ZIP format consisting of an XML file and an HTML file. The XML file (CCDA.xml) contains the Patient's detail whereas the HTML is just the readable format of the XML file. The exported entry of the Summary of Care is displayed as a list in the CCD/CCR screen. Field Description From: Select a Doctor's name from the Doctors popup invoked by clicking on the search icon. To dropdown: Select to whom the exported data is addressed to from this dropdown. The available options are None, Provider, Patient and Others. Patient: This field displays the Patient's name. Type: Select the type of CCD that needs to be attached. The available options are Cures CCD 2.1, Cures Referral Note, CCD 2.1, Referral Note and CCD 1.1. Note: When the system level property ecr.ccd.export.soc is turned On, an additional option: Electronic Care Report 2.1 is displayed in the Type dropdown. Person Details: First Name: Enter the first name of the person to who the Summary of Care is being exported. Last Name: Enter the last name of the person to who the Summary of Care is being exported. Add Line. 1: Enter the first line of the address of the person to who the Summary of Care is being exported. Add Line.2: Enter the second line of address of the person to who the Summary of Care is being exported. City: Enter the name of the city the person lives in. Zip: Enter a valid zip code of the area the person lives in. Work Tel: Enter the person's work telephone number. Cell Phone: Enter the person's cell phone number. Fax: Enter a valid FAX number for the person. E-Mail: Enter the person's valid E-mail ID. Clinic Details: Clinic Name: Enter the name of the Referral Clinic. Add. Line 1: Enter the first line of the address of the Referral Clinic. Add Line 2: Enter the second line of the address of the Referral Clinic. City: Enter the name of the city where the Referral Clinic is based. Zip: Enter valid zip code of the area where the Referral Clinic is based. Work Tel: Enter the Clinic's work telephone number. Fax: Enter the valid FAX number of the Referral Clinic. Purpose: Enter the purpose for the requirement of the Summary of Care. Action Buttons Export button: On click, the Export button starts the process of Summary of Care for the selected patient. if the value of the property, prognocis.filedownload.noencryption is turned Off then the encryption function is enabled and a User Password popup is invoked. Enter a password in this popup to use later for decrypting the downloaded zip file. If the property is set to On then no encryption procedure is involved and the zip file is downloaded directly. The downloaded zip file is named with the Patient's name and '.exe' file extension. Note: ECR CCDs can be exported from only when the system level property ecr.ccd.export.soc is turned On. Reset button: On click, the Reset button resets the fields back to blank.
