Introduction: The Track Status Notes popup displays the Claim status as in, the number of times the Claim got sent, rejected, and reopened. On clicking the Track Status icon, the Track Status Notes popup gets invoked. The Track Status Notes popup consists of the columns: Name, Track Date, Code, Comment and Message.

Name: For all system generated transactions, the name is recorded in the Name column as Admin and for any other transactions such as Claim creation; billing of the Claim or posting of the Claim, user's name is displayed. Only Super Admin users can view the Admin's name.

Track Date: The Track Date column displays the date of the activity.

Code: The Code column displays the code number along with it's value and description of the status. Given below are Track Status Codes and their Values that can be displayed:

Comment: The Comment column populates comments explaining the status populated in the Code column. The comments also contains the hyperlink for an EDI file for reference. On clicking the EDI file hyperlink, the EDI 837 Preview popup gets invoked.

Message: The message received from the clearing house is populated in the Message column. The length of the Message column is 5000 characters. On the Track status Notes popup, hyperlinked text with maximum 250 characters is displayed. Further, on clicking the hyperlink, an EDI 277 Notes popup gets invoked displaying the entire message.

Action Buttons:

CLOSE: Click on the CLOSE button to close the Track Status Notes popup.

PRINT: Click on the PRINT button to invoke Print popup. Depending on the Destination selected in the Print popup, Print button or Save button gets displayed. When the Destination is selected as Microsoft Print to PDF, Microsoft XPS Document Writer, One Note for Windows 10 or Fax, then the Print button is displayed whereas if the Destination is selected as Save as PDF then the Save button is displayed on the Print popup. The user can print or save the Track Status Notes by clicking on the Print or Save button or click on Cancel button to close the Print popup without printing the Track Status Notes.
