Introduction: The Track Status Notes popup displays the claim status, such as the number of times the claim was sent, rejected, and reopened. On clicking the Track Status icon, the Track Status Notes
popup is invoked. The Track Status Notes popup consists of the columns: Name, Track Date, Code, Comment, and Message.
Name: For all system-generated transactions, the name is recorded in the Name column as Admin, and for any other transactions such as claim creation, billing of the claim, or posting of the claim, the user's name is displayed. Only Super Admin users can view the Admin's name. Track Date: The Track Date column displays the date of the activity. Code: The Code column displays the code number along with its value and a description of the status. Given below are the track status codes and their values that can be displayed:
Comment: The Comment column is populated with comments explaining the status displayed in the Code column. The comments also contain a hyperlink to an EDI file for reference. On clicking the EDI file hyperlink, the EDI 837 Preview popup is invoked. Message: The message received from the clearinghouse is populated in the Message column. The length of the Message column is 5000 characters. On the Track Status Notes popup, hyperlinked text with a maximum of 250 characters is displayed. Furthermore, on clicking the hyperlink, an EDI 277 Notes popup is invoked, displaying the entire message. Action Buttons: |
