| Some options depend on the specialty of the physician. Diagrams: It is possible to define problems and other details with a complete visual interface using diagrams (these could be more applicable to a specialty like Dermatology). Define the default diagram for PMH / Vitals / HPI / ROS / Physical / Specialty / Social History. Although the program supports diagrams for PMH / Vitals / HPI / ROS / Physical / Specialty / Social History, the clinic has to decide whether this feature is to be enabled for None / All / a Few of the above types. This is set in the property: for PMH, Diags. Applicable to PMH > applicable.diagram.MH and for the rest, Applicable Test Fields > applicable.test.fields.VT/HP/RS/PH/SC/SH. Custom Notes: Maybe a doctor wants to enter notes on Pre-Surgical / Post-Surgical advice / observation. To facilitate these and other notes which may be required, and which do not fit into any other option in PrognoCIS, three such Notes fields are provided. Each doctor can define the title for each of these three fields. The names will appear in the Dictate / Transcribe Screen invoked from the Encounter TOC Option, and notes for each can be entered there. Assistant: The doctor may use the Search button to select any staff member as their assistant. The workflow goes by default to this assistant. Picture Folder: The doctor can specify their desired private folder name (which can typically be just their name) here. Define the picture folder name (do not use intermediate spaces). (Do not edit this folder name without informing Bizmatics Customer Support.) The implementer needs to ensure that FTP Voyager is set up to upload images from the client machine folder to this subfolder under the specified folder on the server. Now, when the user clicks the Add New button, the program will find the encounter's Attending Doc, get their subfolder name, and then display only the relevant image thumbnails for attachment. Note: FTP Voyager can upload any type of file to the attachment folder. Since Picture Attachment supports only image files having the extensions "jpg, gif, jpeg, bmp", the user gets to see the thumbnails of only these files.
