Topics Tabular Report Search:
To monitor a practice's performance such as Billing data, Payment data, productivity of individuals, and other statistical information, PrognoCIS provides a dedicated, customizable report section known as Tabular Reports.

Properties: This button is exclusively visible to users with Read Access to the Properties Master screen. Access to this button is strategically granted to enhance user functionality. Clicking the Properties button triggers a popup, presenting a list of properties from the Properties Master screen in PrognoCIS that cater to the Tabular Report on the Billing side.

My Reports and All Reports Radio ButtonsUsers can search the reports saved under My Reports or search from the All Reports list. Reports that are saved as My Reports or All Reports from the Add Report (on the Report screen, click the Save As icon) popup are available under these options on the Report → Tabular screen.

Classification:  This dropdown displays the list of Classifications defined from Settings → Configuration → Tabular.

Reports: This dropdown displays the list of Reports defined from Settings → Configuration → Tabular. The reports marked as 'Hide Report' are not displayed in this list. The list of reports displayed in the 'Reports' list box is dependent on the options selected (My Reports/All Reports).

Fixed Column: On the Tabular Report UI, depending on the value selected from the Freeze Columns drop-down list, the columns on the report are frozen such that the vertical scroll does not affect their viewing. For example: 1 – If option '1' is selected, then it will freeze one column; 2 – If option '2' is selected, then it will freeze two columns on the report; and 0 – If option '0' is selected, then it will freeze none of the columns on the report.

Period: The user can select the desired period from the dropdown. As the period is selected, the related dates are auto-populated in the 'From' and 'UpTo' date fields, except for the Custom Date. When the Custom Date option is selected, the user needs to mention the dates in the 'From' and 'UpTo' fields.

Provider: The 'Provider' list box is enabled only when the selected report has its related configuration set from the Tabular Report Design screen. This list box shows all providers of type 'DR'; the names auto-populate as mentioned under Settings → Configuration → Tabular.

Days: This field is enabled only when the checkbox under Settings → Configuration → Tabular → Days is checked.

Applicable Title: The field is enabled only for those graphs for which the 'Code' checkbox is checked under Settings → Configuration → Tabular → Code Title. The name 'Applicable Title' is replaced by the name mentioned in the 'Code Title' field; if no name is defined, then the field is displayed as 'Applicable Title' only.

Run In Background: When the Run in Background checkbox is checked, the process runs in the background and the generated report is shown under Settings → Download Files. You will be notified in your Message Inbox when your report is generated. You can download this report from Settings → Download Files → Category "Tabular Reports". The message in your Inbox will have a Zoom button to display the generated report. The report is generated under the respective Category section of the Download Files. Note: The generated report will be in HTML format, and a PDF file will also be generated. The notification in the Inbox is displayed as Message Type: N, Subject: Background Process Complete: Tabular Report, Message: Tabular Report is generated. The user can click on the Zoom button to view the file.
Limitation
: An alert message is not displayed when more than one user performs Run in Background simultaneously for a report.

Patient: This button is enabled only when the Patient Filter is used in the SQL query of the Tabular Report.

Sort: This button is always enabled and allows the user to sort the report.

Billing: This button is enabled only when the Billing Filter is used in the SQL query of the Tabular Report.

Comment: This button is enabled when comments are entered in the Comment button of the Tabular Report Design screen.

Hide Identifier: This option is selected only when the Hide Identifier checkbox is checked on the Tabular Report Design screen.

Go Button: After selecting the appropriate parameters, users can click the Go button to generate the desired Tabular Report.

Pagination

Prev and Next: These hyperlinks are enabled only when the output of a tabular report has multiple pages. By default, 2000 records are displayed on each page. If the output exceeds 2000 records, the 'Next' hyperlink is displayed. After the last page is reached, only the 'Prev' hyperlink is shown in enabled status. 'Next' will not have a hyperlink. Similarly, on the very first page, a hyperlink will not be displayed for 'Prev'.
