| Users commonly use Post it, to remind them of something. Message compose, Read, Reply screen have a small Yellow button to create a post it. The message is copied and a new Post it is created (In case of a Pop up screen on click of OK / Reply / Close buttons). The created post it, is displayed in the banner area. Move the scroll bar over the small post it image to read the message as a tool tip. Double click on it to expand it. The message can be edited / minimized / closed. Maximum number of Post its created can be 10. These remain till the user logs out. They can be used especially in case of Urgent messages. This functionality is enabled if the property Mail Parameters > mail.sticky.notes = Y |
