Patient's New Note

The user has a provision to add Patient's Notes under various categories and nodes. The Patient's notes are also sorted and displayed in either ascending or descending order of Categories and/or nodes and/or Date of Creation. Category: Select the Note's category from the dropdown list. Node: Enter the Node for the selected category. Node is the sub-classification of the Category. Date Created: Displays the date of the Note being created. Save: Click Save to save the Note. Close: Click Close to exit the New Notes popup without saving any data. Delete: Click Delete to delete the saved Note. Print: Click Print to print the Note.
