User has a provision to add Patient's Notes under various categories and nodes. The Patient's notes is also sorted and displayed in either ascending or descending order of Categories and/or nodes and/or Date of creation. Category: Select the Note's category from the dropdown list. Node : Enter the Node for the selected category.Node is the sub classification of the Category. Date Created : Displays the date of the Note being created. Save : Click Save to save the Note. Close : Click Close to exit the New Notes popup without saving any data. Delete: Click Delete to delete the saved Note. Print: Click Print to print the Note. |
