Introduction: On clicking the Patient Billing Notes icon, a Patient Billing Notes popup is invoked to add, display, print or delete Patient Billing Notes. This Patient Billing Notes icon is displayed on the following screens:

Field Description:

Notes:The Patient Billing Notes popup has a Notes field where the User can enter notes. These notes can be seen on all the above mentioned screens where Patient Billing Notes icon are present. On the Patient Billing Notes popup, the CLOSE and PRINT buttons are disabled and SAVE button is enabled to the User. When the User adds notes and clicks on the SAVE button, the notes are saved in separate rows, along with a Remove icon at the end of each of these notes.The CLOSE, PRINT buttons get enabled to the User.The latest 4 notes are available on this popup with the scroll bar functionality at the side. When a note that is added exceeds the 3 rows (including the Username, Date and Timestamp), a scroll bar is present so that the User can scroll up and down to view the full note added.

Once the notes are added and saved, and if the note(s) is incorrect or the User wants to make any changes to them, they can click on this Remove icon and delete the notes.This Remove icon is visible to the User on hovering around a specific Note’s row. This icon is only visible to the logged-in user, if they have added notes in the Patient Billing Notes popup. Once the note(s) is deleted, the next latest note is listed first on the screen. If the User wants to add more notes at the same time, then that latest note is displayed at the top.

A disclaimer message in red font that reads “Clicking on the Delete icon should permanently remove the selected note from the system” is present at the bottom below the Notes column.

Action Buttons:

CLOSE button: User can click on the CLOSE button to close the Patient Billing Notes popup.
PRINT button: User can click on the PRINT button to print Patient Billing Notes from the Patient Billing Notes popup.
SAVE button: User can add Notes in the Notes field and click on the SAVE button to save the Notes and close the popup.
