This pop up allows for selection of a vendor from a list. The system will double check if the selected tests are supported by the selected vendor. It will then create the Order and the Order No. will be refreshed on this tab. Send: If checked, a send preview pop up is displayed with options for sending. It is property based. It will be checked when the property, Order Sheet > os.send.unchecked is set to N
