Alongside, the appropriate fields and their Seq. No. must be set on Settings Configuration Admin Column UDF Master screen. The user can configure and use up to 86 fields on the UDF button.

The type and number of fields available are as follows:
  • Text with up to 15 fields.

The label and tooltip of the UDF button can be customized in the property udf.type.label. The label and tooltip in the property need to be configured as Code No^Label^Tooltip|. For example, if 2^Provider^Medics UDF| is saved in the property udf.type.label, the UDF button on the Providers Master screen will have the label Provider and the tooltip for it will be Medics UDF.
If the property does not have an entry, then the UDF label is displayed on the button by default without a tooltip. By clicking this, the popup for the User Defined Fields of the respective screen is invoked and the configured fields are displayed.

Note:
  • The UDF button is shown with a checkmark if data is available.
  • The UDF details would also get copied when a Copy of a Claim is created.
