Introduction: The multiselect property, udf.supported.types ensures that a UDF button be displayed on the screen in PrognoCIS as per the option selected.
The options available for selection in this property are:
  • 1 - Patient
  • 2 - Medics
  • 4 - Encounter
  • 10 - Radiology Sent 2 Radiologist
  • 11 - Patient Case Management
  • 12 - Insurance Master
  • 13 - Claim Edit
  • 14 - Employer
  • 15 - Procedure
  • 17 - Assign Task
  • 18 - Consult
Alongside, appropriate Fields and their Seq No must be set on Settings Configuration Admin column UDF Master screen.
The screens for which these fields can be configured include:
  • Patient
  • Medics
  • Encounter
  • Radiology Sent 2 Radiologist
  • Patient Case Management
  • Insurance
  • Claim Edit
  • Employer
  • Procedure
  • Claim Assign Task
  • Consult
User can configure and use upto 86 fields on the UDF button. The type and number of Fields available are as follows:
  • Text with upto 15 fields.
  • Number with upto 10 fields.
  • Fraction with upto 6 fields.
  • Amounts with upto 6 fields.
  • Date with upto 10 fields.
  • Boolean value with upto 6 fields.
  • SetOfVal with upto 6 fields.
  • MultiSelect with upto 3 fields.
  • Notes with upto 6 fields.
  • Group Search with upto 6 fields.
  • Date & Time with upto 6 fields.
  • Master Search with upto 6 fields.
The label and tooltip of the UDF button can customized in the property, udf.type.label. The label and tooltip in the property needs to be configured as Code No^Label^Tooltip|. For Example, if 17^AT^Assign Task| is saved in the property, udf.type.label, the UDF button on the Assign To popup will have the label AT and the tooltip for it will be Assign Task.
If the property does not have an entry, then UDF label is displayed on the button by default without a tooltip. By clicking on this, popup for User Defined Fields of the respective screen is invoked and configured fields are displayed.

Note:
  • UDF button is shown with a checkmark if data is available.
  • UDF details would also get copied when a Copy of a Claim is created.
  • This feature is not applicable for Penalty Invoice screen.
Action Buttons

OK: Click on the OK button to save the entered details and close the popup.

CANCEL: Click on the CANCEL button to close the popup without saving the changes.

DELETE: Click on the DELETE button, a confirmation message is displayed in a popup with Yes and No buttons. The message on the popup reads: Data from all the fields will be deleted. Are you sure you want to proceed? If you click the Yes button, all the saved data gets deleted, and both the confirmation message popup and popup for User Defined Fields is closed whereas if you click the No button, confirmation message popup gets closed and none of the saved data is deleted.
