Table: PrognoCIS provides a simple, flexible way to import patient data from other applications. Choose the required table from the list.

Format: The predesigned import formats for the selected table are displayed in this list. The format determines the fields to be imported. It also specifies the details of the source file, which can be
  1. Delimited file
  2. Fixed width
  3. XML tags
  4. XML attributes
Date Format: The user can select the date format used in the source data.

File Name: Select the source file name.

Add New Group: While importing patients, there could be fields like designations, marital status, etc., the values of which might not exist in the PrognoCIS tables, which will make the record invalid. If this flag is checked, the import also adds these values to the appropriate lists. As a result, the validation also becomes successful, and the import goes through.
