Introduction: It is a list of family problems. It is a non-system-defined list which can be defined or modified by any user. The defined list is available on the Family History screen (Patient's Encounter→ Encounter TOC → Facesheet →Family History→ Click the Add Problem icon [+]→ Problem Pop-up). Field Descriptions: Name: Enter the family problem. This is a mandatory field. Active: Select the checkbox to make the family problem active. SNOMED Code: Click the Search icon to search and associate the ICD or CPT/HCPCS code with the defined family problem. Save: Click the Save button to save the entered details. Delete: Click the Delete button to delete the defined family problem. Reset: Click the Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details.
