Introduction: It is a list of family problems. It is a non-system defined list which can be defined or modified by any user. The list defined is available on the Family History screen ( Patient's Encounter→ Encounter TOC → Facesheet →Family History→ click on Add Problem icon [+]→ Problem popup). Field Description: Name: Enter the Family problem. This is a mandatory field. Active : Select the checkbox to make the Family problem Active. SNOMED Code: Click on the search icon to search and associate the ICD or CPT/HCPC code to the defined Family problem. Save : Click on Save button to save the entered details. Delete: Click on Delete button to delete the defined Family problem. Reset : Click on Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details.
