Past Medical History (MH)

Introduction: Past medical history is the list of ailments associated with the patient. It is a non-system defined list which can be defined or modified by any user. The list defined is available on the Past Medical History screen (Patient's Encounter → TOC → Facesheet→ Past Medical History→ click on Add Ailment dropdown list). Field Description: Name: Enter the name of an Ailment. This is a mandatory field. Active: Select the checkbox to make the Ailment active. Save: Click on Save button to save the entered details. Delete: Click on Delete button to delete the defined Ailment. Reset : Click on Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details.
