Past Medical History (MH)

Introduction: Past medical history is a list of ailments associated with the patient. It is a non-system-defined list that can be defined or modified by any user. The defined list is available on the Past Medical History screen (Patient's Encounter → TOC → Facesheet→ Past Medical History→ click the Add Ailment drop-down list). Field Description: Name: Enter the name of the ailment. This is a mandatory field. Active: Select the checkbox to make the ailment active. Save: Click the Save button to save the entered details. Delete: Click the Delete button to delete the defined ailment. Reset: Click the Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details.
