Introduction: It is a list of types of Health Insurance. It is a non-system defined list which can be defined or modified by any user. The list defined is available on the Insurance popup invoked from the Patient Registration screen (Patient Registration → click on Insurance icon → click on Type dropdown list).

Field Description:

Name: Enter the Insurance type. This is a mandatory field.

Code: Enter the code for respective Insurance type. This is a mandatory field.

Active : Select the checkbox to make the Insurance type Active.

Save : Click on Save button to save the entered details.

Delete: Click on Delete button to delete the defined Insurance type.

Reset : Click on Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details.
