Family Relations (FR)

Introduction: It is a list of family relations. It is a non-system-defined list which can be defined or modified by any user. The list defined is available on the Family History screen (Patient's Encounter → TOC → Face Sheet → Family History). Field Description: Name: Enter the relation. This is a mandatory field. Set 1 for 1st Degree Relation: Enter 1 if the relation is a first-degree relation, for example, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Son, Daughter, etc.; else, enter 0 for any other relation. This is a mandatory field. Active : Select the checkbox to make the relation Active. SNOMED Code: Enter the SNOMED code for the relation. Save : Click on the Save button to save the entered details. Delete: Click on the Delete button to delete the defined relation. Reset : Click on the Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details.
