Introduction: It defines the allergies caused due to Food. It is a non-system defined list which can be defined or modified by any user. The list defined is available on Allergy screen (Patient's Encounter → TOC → Face Sheet → Allergy screen → Select Food in Add Allergies dropdown list). Field Description: Name: Enter the Food allergy. This is a mandatory field. Code: Enter the code for a Food allergy. This is a mandatory field. Active : Select the checkbox to make the Food allergy Active. Save : Click on Save button to save the entered details. Delete: Click on Delete button to delete the defined Food allergy. Reset : Click on Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details.
