Introduction: It defines the allergies caused by food. It is a non-system-defined list which can be defined or modified by any user. The defined list is available on the Allergy Screen (Patient's Encounter → TOC → Face Sheet → Allergy Screen → select Food in the Add Allergies dropdown list). Field Description: Name: Enter the food allergy. This is a mandatory field. Code: Enter the code for a food allergy. This is a mandatory field. Active : Select the checkbox to make the food allergy active. Save : Click the Save button to save the entered details. Delete: Click the Delete button to delete the defined food allergy. Reset : Click the Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details.
