Introduction: It defines the allergies caused due to environmental reasons. For example, Sea Food, Animals, Metal etc. It is a non-system defined list which can be defined or modified by any user. The list defined is available on the Allergy screen (Patient's Encounter → TOC → Face Sheet → Allergy screen → Select Environmental in Add Allergies dropdown list). Field Description: Name: Enter the Environmental allergy. This is a mandatory field. Code: Enter the code for a Environmental allergy. This is a mandatory field. Active : Select the checkbox to make the Environmental allergy Active. Save : Click on Save button to save the entered details. Delete: Click on Delete button to delete the defined Environmental allergy. Reset : Click on Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details.
