Topics Classification (CL) Search:  
Introduction: It is a list of categories for classifying the Complaints. It is a non-system defined list which can be defined or modified by any user. The list defined is available on the Complaints Master screen (Settings Configuration under Workflow column, click Complaints Complaints Master screen Classification dropdown list).

Field Description:

Name: Enter the category for classifying the Complaint. This is a mandatory field.

Active : Select the checkbox to make the category Active.

Save : Click on Save button to save the entered details.

Delete: Click on Delete button to delete the defined category.

Reset : Click on Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details.
