Topics Classification (CL) Search:  
Introduction: It is a list of categories for classifying complaints. It is a non-system-defined list which can be defined or modified by any user. The defined list is available on the Complaints Master screen (Settings Configuration under the Workflow column, click Complaints Complaints Master screen Classification dropdown list).

Field Descriptions:

Name: Enter the category for classifying the complaint. This is a mandatory field.

Active: Select the checkbox to make the category active.

Save: Click the Save button to save the entered details.

Delete: Click the Delete button to delete the defined category.

Reset: Click the Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details.
