Classification dropdown list). Field Descriptions: Name: Enter the category for classifying the complaint. This is a mandatory field. Active: Select the checkbox to make the category active. Save: Click the Save button to save the entered details. Delete: Click the Delete button to delete the defined category. Reset: Click the Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details. |
