Introduction: It is a list of categories
for classifying the Complaints. It is a non-system defined list which can be defined or modified by any user. The list defined is available on the
Complaints Master screen (Settings
→
Configuration →
under Workflow column, click Complaints →

Classification dropdown list). Field Description: Name: Enter the category for classifying the Complaint. This is a mandatory field. Active : Select the checkbox to make the category Active. Save : Click on Save button to save the entered details. Delete: Click on Delete button to delete the defined category. Reset : Click on Reset button to reset the record to its last saved details. |
