Topics Growth Chart Search:
Introduction: Growth Charts are typically used in the case of Pediatrics and can be viewed from the Growth Chart screen in PrognoCIS. These growth charts are graphs to indicate the growth of Height, Weight, Head circumference and BMI which helps Providers to follow a child's growth over a period.

Separate growth charts are considered for male children and female children. PrognoCIS distinguishes this by displaying growth chart for a male child in Blue and that for a female child in Pink. Graphs are drawn with the vitals details (height, weight, head circumference, BMI as recorded in all the previous encounters of the patient in PrognoCIS). These values are automatically fetched from these past encounters, and the provider just needs to compare the patient's value with that of the ideal values displayed in the respective graphs. These grpahs are populated for children from birth to 20 years of age.
