Introduction:
Growth Charts are typically used in the case of pediatrics and can be viewed from the Growth Chart screen in PrognoCIS.
These growth charts are graphs that indicate the growth of Height, Weight, Head Circumference, and BMI, which help providers follow a child's growth over a period of time.
Separate growth charts are considered for male and female children. PrognoCIS distinguishes this by displaying the growth chart for a male child in Blue and that for a female child in Pink. Graphs are drawn using the vital details (height, weight, head circumference, and BMI as recorded in all previous encounters of the patient in PrognoCIS). These values are automatically fetched from these past encounters, and the provider only needs to compare the patient's values with the ideal values displayed in the respective graphs. These graphs are populated for children from birth to 20 years of age. Properties: This button is exclusively visible to users with read access to the Properties Master screen.
