User can set the property, facesheet.familyhistory.byrelation (at Admin Level) to decide if he prefers Family History screen to be displayed as Problem + Relation OR Relation + Problem on the Face Sheet details screen. In other words, depending upon the property, facesheet.familyhistory.byrelation the List of Problems OR Relation is displayed in the right pane.
On selection of a single row in the center pane, multiple options to select the Relation from the right hand pane are available for selection. Click on Add button generates that many rows as the number of options selected.
The associated SNOMED codes to the list in the center pane have the codes displayed on its tooltip. The Problem [+] search displays the associated SNOMED code in a separate column; There is a provision to enter Notes too. Details in the Face Sheet Cell will also be accordingly displayed (including Notes).
Sel: Check it to select the row on click of Ok button.
Problem: A problem can be added by clicking on the Add Problem
button. And corresponding Relation(s) from the list on the Right Hand Side can be checked and clicked on OK Button, to populate the new rows. More problems can be added by clicking on the
button.
Note:
The manually entered Relation and/or Problem, will be always displayed as enabled even after saving the details.
SNOMED [+]: Click on the SNOMED
button to add Family History Problems based on SNOMED codes. The maximum number of Family History SNOMED codes that can be selected from IMO search for adding in to an Encounter is dependent on the value set in the property,
newrows.familyhistory. Once the number of added SNOMED reaches the value set in the property,
then an alert is displayed on the screen as 'Select Max No of
Codes' which restrict a user from adding more records.
After adding the SNOMED codes, the tooltip of added Problem column displays the description of Family History SNOMED code and its associated SNOMED code.
Relation: Enter the Relation for the selected Problem or select the a Relation from the list available on the Right Hand Side of the screen. On selecting the Relation, click on Add button: to display the selected Realtion for the respective Problem. If the User selects the Relation first and click on the Add button without selecting the Problem then a notification is displayed on the screen as 'Please add Problem first'.
Note:
Once the number of added SNOMED reaches the value set in the property,
newrows.familyhistory
and the property facesheet.familyhistory.byrelation is turned ON then the respective Relation [+] or SNOMED [+] button displays disabled thus restricting a user from adding more records.Comments: Any other comments to be made by the Doctor.
Relevant: Relevance is to present condition. User can flag mentioned family history of the patient if it is relevant; the records with Relevance checked are highlighted in a different color on the Face Sheet.
Hint:
Irrespective of the property, facesheet.familyhistory.byrelation being turned ON or OFF, it is always recommended to select the value in first column and then associate the respective information in second column.
Notes Textbox area: Enter the Notes for the Family History Problem as required. The charcter limit is upto 5000 characters.
Zoom icon: Click on the Zoom icon:
, which invokes the Family History Notes pop-up wherein Insert Phrases icon:
is displayed.
On click of Insert Phrases icon
, the Family History Phrases pop-up is invoked, here on the top right corner of the screen, the Add/Edit button:

available. Click on this button to invoke Phrases pop-up, from where the User can add or edit the phrases as required.
On click of Ok button from the Phrases pop-up the added phrases is listed
under the Family History Phrases pop-up. Refer Add Phrases
helpfile for further details.Insert Phrases icon: On clicking Insert Phrases icon:
, the Family History Phrases pop-up is invoked. The frequently used Phrases for Family History is displayed on this pop-up.
To Add Phrases click on the Add/Edit button: available on the top right corner of this pop-up.
To edit the existing Phrases first select the Family History Phrases from the list and then click on the Add/Edit button.
On click of Add/Edit button the Phrases pop-up is invoked from where the User can add the new Phrases or Edit the existing Phrases as required.
Once the User clicks on the Ok button from the Phrases pop-up the
added phrases is listed under the Family History Phrases pop-up.
ok button: On click of the ok button the selected familt History Problem or relation is saved.
cancel button:On click of the cancel button the User is directed to the Face Sheet screen.
history button:
On the click of the History button, the list of Family History pop-up is
invoked which display the list of selected Family History Problems and
Relation along with the SNOMED Relation and Problems information. Also,
when the Comments and Family History Problem was added in
PrognoCIS is displayed under the Comments and Date column.
print button:
On click of the Print button the User can take the Print of the Family
Histroy Problems.
