Face Sheet Search:
Introduction: The Face Sheet gives a quick summary of the patient's medical history at a glance. This is the default screen that is displayed when an encounter is started. The Admin or Support Admin user can configure 16 Face Sheet cells with the help of the Manage Layout screen.

Manage Layout: Click this icon to invoke the Manage Face Sheet screen. The user can name the Face Sheet cells by assigning the desired Keyword for every cell. The following is the list of Keywords and their descriptions for the values of the Face Sheet cells ranging from 0 to 16, defined under Face Sheet Layouts 0 to 9.

Once a Face Sheet cell is configured, the individual user can see the changes on the Face Sheet screen under his/her login.

The Manage Layout icon is available to users with the following roles:
  • Support Admin

  • Admin

  • FS Layout (User Role)
  • Viewing the Face Sheet

    Resize : Click the Resize icon to resize the Face Sheet cell as required. This icon is available at the bottom of the Face Sheet cell at every corner.

    Fit to Area:Click the Fit to Area icon to expand the Face Sheet cell if space is available. Upon clicking this icon, the Face Sheet cell fits itself and occupies any blank space to its right, left, or bottom. The user can also reposition the Face Sheet cell using the drag-and-drop feature of the mouse. Once the Face Sheet cell is organized, the same layout is displayed when the next encounter is started for the same patient, or when a previously opened or closed encounter for the same patient is reopened.

    Note: When accessing the Face Sheet from the Third Pane, the sequence of the Face Sheet cells follows the sequence on the main Face Sheet screen. Any repositioning of the Face Sheet cells on the main Face Sheet screen does not apply when accessing the Face Sheet from the Third Pane.
