Once a Face Sheet cell is configured, the individual user can see the changes on the Face Sheet screen under his/her login.
The Manage Layout icon is available to users with the following roles:Viewing the Face Sheet
Resize
: Click the Resize icon
to resize the Face Sheet cell as required. This icon is available at the bottom of the Face Sheet cell at every corner.
Fit to Area
:Click the Fit to Area icon to expand the Face Sheet cell if space is available. Upon clicking this icon, the Face Sheet cell fits itself and occupies any blank space to its right, left, or bottom. The user can also reposition the Face Sheet cell using the drag-and-drop feature of the mouse. Once the Face Sheet cell is organized, the same layout is displayed when the next encounter is started for the same patient, or when a previously opened or closed encounter for the same patient is reopened.
Note: When accessing the Face Sheet from the Third Pane, the sequence of the Face Sheet cells follows the sequence on the main Face Sheet screen. Any repositioning of the Face Sheet cells on the main Face Sheet screen does not apply when accessing the Face Sheet from the Third Pane.
