Patient Encounter Close Review

The encounter needs to be reviewed by a competent person. The drop-down list in Settings > Configuration > Providers allows the user to define the rights as: Not Required Optional Mandatory Reviewer If the Attending Doctor has the above option configured as Mandatory, the encounter cannot be closed until it is reviewed. If the logged-in Provider has been assigned rights as a Reviewer, they can add review comments. If the logged-in user is not a Reviewer, a click on the button invokes a pop-up with two additional fields: a list box with a Reviewer List and Password. The user can simply select a reviewer's name and ask them to enter their password. The user can click this Review button even if the encounter is closed, and then review it.
