| This option allows you to create My Notes as blank or from the selected Default tab progress notes template, or from the Other template. Select one of the three options and click OK. The notes for the selected option are created and displayed in the My Notes tab. The From Other Template option (a new option) will invoke a search of all templates (all types: Progress Notes, Forms, Letters, and Pre-Printed) and allow users to select any template. |
