The Edit Dosage pop-up allows the Provider to change the dosage that has been prescribed to the patient, in case the prescribed dosage of the drug does not suit the patient or the patient's body responds in an unfavorable manner.

The Provider can edit the Dosage, Frequency, Number of Days, Up to Date, and Comments. The Edit Dosage pop-up also has the provision to enter the Reason, by clicking the Search button, for which the dosage was edited or changed.
