Edit Dosage popup allows the Provider to change the dosage that has been prescribed to the patient, incase, the prescribed dosage of the drug does not suit the patient or the patient's body responds in an unfavorable manner.

The Provider can edit the Dosage, Frequency, Number of Days, Upto Date and Comments. The Edit Dosage Pop Up also has the provision to enter the Reason, by click on the search button, for which the dosage was edited or changed.
