Introduction: From this screen, the RCM team can create and run reports for their respective clients.
Clicking the Search Patient button
invokes the RCM Patient Search popup. Entering the name of the patient in the field
Patient Name and clicking the OK button displays all the details related
to the patient. Further, the RCM team can also create and fetch the desired reports using this screen. Beside the Search Patient button on the Control Room screen, an Assign button is present. On clicking the Assign button, the Centralized Claim Assignment popup is invoked. This serves the purpose of Centralized Claim Assignment from a single dedicated screen. Category of Reports: Select the category of reports. Six categories of reports are displayed on the Control Room screen with radio buttons for selection. These are RCM, FA Last Month, FA This Month, KPI Last Month, KPI This Month, and SQL Report. Group By: Select an option from the Group By dropdown. The options in the Group By dropdown are RCM Manager, Account Manager, Coder, and Poster. When an option from this dropdown is selected, clicking the Go button displays the first column of the generated report as the column for the Group By option that was selected. Select Option: Select a report from the Select Option dropdown. This dropdown displays reports for the category selected. Go Button: Click the Go button to generate the report as per the options or filters selected for the report. Excel Button: Click the Excel button to download an Excel file of the generated report. This file is downloaded to the Downloads folder on the user's local machine. Layout Button: Click the Layout button to invoke the Layout popup. The user can view or change the report design from this popup. This popup is divided into two sections: Layout Details and Layout. The Layout Details section is used to define the details for the report layout, whereas the Layout section is used particularly to define Column Titles and associate Report Layout Fields. Run in Background Checkbox: When the radio button for RCM, FA Last Month, FA This Month, KPI Last Month, or KPI This Month is selected, the Run in Background checkbox remains disabled, whereas when the radio button for SQL Report is selected, the Run in Background checkbox is enabled. Select the Run in Background checkbox and click the Go button. A message, "The SQL report will be generated in the Background. It will be stored under Download files.", is displayed in a popup on the Control Room screen with an OK button. Click the OK button in the popup to confirm and close the popup. On navigating to the Download Files screen, two files for the report from the Control Room screen are displayed under the RCM – SQL REPORTS category. One report has a .csv extension, while the other report has an .html extension, which can be downloaded by the user to their local machine. Update IP Address Button: Billers can update the IP addresses of all active RCM clients present in the Control Room from the Update RCM IP Address popup invoked by clicking this button. |
