This feature allows you to add notes on an encounter
after the encounter has been closed. This is only possible for the last
closed encounter, not the ones before that. Once the encounter is closed,
you cannot make any changes to the information entered for that encounter.
You can read notes for all closed encounters. This feature allows you to
add points that you may have inadvertently left out or forgotten.
Also note that Addendum notes can be appended but not edited. The user name
and date time stamp of change is also kept as part of the addendum notes. |
