This option is provided to the admin to assign User Id and Password to all users. Also it is likely that a User has forgotten his password and has to ask Admin to help him out. User Type: The User Types (Doctors / Nurse / Staff ) who can have login access are set in the property, Login Parameters > login.types. Accordingly the list Box is populated. User Name: A specific person of that Type can then be selected using the search button. User Id: Displays the default User Id. It can be changed here. When ever a new Medic is created, a User Id and Password is generated for him automatically. AutoGenerate: If this is checked, the password is auto generated (note that password fields are disabled) Password: Enter the assigned password. Password length must be 6-10. It must have atleast One Character and One digit. If eMail address is present, the User Id / Password are send by eMail. Having changed these, when the user logs in with this new password, he is forced to change the password. Access to location(s): This selection of radio button options enables the user to successfully login to respective applicable location(s). The interface depends on permitted rights for the user and is set up for Multi-Location Clinic by System Admin. Own: If set to Own, user can log in at his default location. Other: If set to Other, A pop up with a list box of all applicable locations is displayed by clicking on the "…" button. User can select required location(s). State: If it is set to State, A pop up with a list box of locations in applicable states is displayed by clicking on the "…" button. User can select required state(s) to login to all of the locations in that respective state(s). All: If set to All, A pop up with a list box of all locations is displayed by clicking on the "…" button. User can select required location(s).
