Introduction P atient refund menu has been made available to allow separate Patient refund entries.Patient Voucher No: The number gets automatically generated on clicking the button 'save'. Voucher Date: Enter the date on which the voucher was created. By default the current date is displayed in the field that can be changed either manually or by clicking on the calendar icon present next to the field. Pay to Employer: Add name of the Patient for whom refund has to be initiated. Patient name can be added either manually or by using the search icon present net to the field. Advance Amt: After selecting the patient name the advance amount of that patient gets auto populate in the field. The field remains disabled for manual changes.Payment Mode: Mode of payment can be Check, Cash or Credit Card. The appropriate option can be selected from the dropdown. Check No: Enter check no in the field. This field remains enable only when the Payment Mode is set to Check, else for Cash and Credit Card the field remain disabled.
Check Date:
Enter the date mentioned on the check. This field also remains enable only
when the Payment Mode is set to check, else for cash and credit card the
field remain disabled.
Note: Used Amount can never be more than the Bal Amount. In case user enters the Used Amount more than the Bal Amt then a validation message is displayed saying 'Used Amount Is Greater Than Balance Amount'. Remark: This is not a mandatory field but user can add any important comment if they want in this filed for reference.
