This is an option to analyze graphically the business trends in terms
of Old / New Patients, Visits, load of Doctors. This is a clinic level
analysis. The total data, which needs to be mined, is large. Hence it
is necessary to filter the data effectively to present any analysis. The
form helps to achieve this objective in a simple fashion. Gr. Title: Name for the Graph. Gr. Type: User can choose between different types of graphs. X-Axis: Since this is a clinic level analysis, it could be Doctor wise OR Month wise. Y-Axis: What is being analyzed.
Age: For a proper demographic analysis, select the required Age group. Sex: For a proper demographic analysis, select the required sexes. ICD: The analysis could be restricted to encounters involving a specified range of ICD Codes. This will be applicable only if these ICDs were selected in the encounters. Since there can be multiple ICD Codes associated with an encounter, the user can further specify if all codes should be considered Or only the primary code. CPT: The analysis could be restricted to encounters involving a specified range of CPT Codes. This will be applicable only if these CPTs were selected in the encounters. Since there can be multiple CPT Codes associated with an encounter, the user can further specify if all codes should be considered Or only the E & M. Doc: By default data of all Doctors are selected. If analysis was required Doctor wise (X-Axis option), user can choose 1 or more Doctors from the list box. Check the All check box to select all Docs in the list box.
