Patient Encounter Close Review

Encounter need to be reviewed by a competent person. The Drop-down List in Settings > Configuration > Providers allows user to define the rights as Not Required Optional Mandatory Reviewer If the Attending Doctor has the above option configured as Mandatory, the encounter cannot be closed till it is reviewed. If the logged in Provider has been assigned rights as Reviewer, he can add review comments. If the logged in user is not a Reviewer, a click on the button invokes the popup with two additional fields, a List box with Reviewer list and Password. User can simply select a reviewer name and ask him to enter his password. User can click on this Review button even if the encounter is closed, and then review it.
