Doctor's Location wise Registration allows registration details to be created for a doc working at different work locations. This will be accessible in EMR as well as Billing.

The Provider can have following Numbers for each Appointment Location:

 DEA Number
 State Registration / License Number
 eRx Registration Number
 Federal Tax Id
 EDI Registration Number
 Billing Schedule to be Used (for Billing Customers)
